Adrianna believes that true healing begins with awareness—the courageous journey from living in the unconscious to awakening into conscious presence. Her therapeutic approach blends traditional talk therapy with a deep respect for the unseen forces that shape our internal worlds. She helps individuals uncover the patterns, beliefs, and emotions that operate beneath the surface, guiding them toward clarity, choice, and empowerment.

Michelle "Shelley" Bellemare

Shelley is a dedicated and compassionate professional with extensive experience supporting children, adults and their families across home, school, and community settings. She currently serves as the director of a small, specialized education program, where she brings together her clinical expertise and leadership skills to foster inclusive, growth-centered environments.

She is deeply passionate about helping families and individuals navigate challenges, build confidence, and celebrate progress in all its forms. Shelley is known for her thoughtful, collaborative style and her unwavering commitment to creating meaningful, lasting support for the individuals and communities she serves.

Pam Shepperd Katra
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Pam is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with life experience as a teenager, single woman, and now a spouse and being a mom. She is a Fordham Graduate and a dance teacher.
Pam has many year’s experience in chronic care facilities working with caregivers and patients. Her strengths are helping them navigate challenging dynamics and finding thr best outcome. She uses supportive listening to help clients identify their own goals and work towards living their best life.
