Unlock your inner world through color and creativity in this expressive art workshop. "Expressions Studio" invites you to explore your feelings using paint and movement- no artistic experience required. Guided exercises will help you connect with your emotions and translate them onto canvas in a safe, supportive, environment. Every feeling has a color. Every brushstroke tells a story. Come as you are, and leave with insight, clarity, and your own unique work of art. Price includes all materials needed and light refreshments.

Cancellation Policy
I understand that all experiences are non-refundable. Rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours before your booked workshop or retreat. This can be used to book another workshop or retreat within a 90 day period, subject to availability. After this, then your money is forfeited. If you are a no show for your workshop or retreat, then your money is forfeited since we held that time slot and made preparations for your arrival. In the case of unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters (snow storms, heat waves, storm, etc.), pandemics, or other events beyond the control of the client or Trusting the Process, LLC a mutual agreement will be reached regarding potential rescheduling or refunds on a case by case basis.
